I'm asked all the time about how to improve the neck without surgery. Even though I am a surgeon, most of my patients do not want surgical correct for the face, especially the neck. The majority of my patients don't mind aging. They just want to age gracefully, or as one of my patients put it, "I want to age pretty, stay attractive." I've been able to make great improvements in appearance with fillers and botox, but the neck is extremely tricky. I was a huge skeptic about Ultherapy presenting any real significant changes that would impress me. (Being a cynic at heart). I only had one treatment about eight months ago on my neck. Within three weeks my staff and friends noticed changes. Especially my Director. I guess they see more of my profile, then I do. Of course, I didn't notice anything, but I did notice I wasn't looking in the mirror thinking, "I need a neck lift." Within 90 days my patients were commenting about the changes. Not that my Neck looked good, but that I looked like I lost weight.
Most commenting, "Did you have something done?" Because of the pressure from my staff and my patients, I decided to make Ultherapy a part of my practice and offer tailored treatments for my patients.
